Here at Rockford Toolcraft Inc., we specialize in the design & building of heavy gauge stamping dies and running production metal stampings & assemblies. Large, heavy gauge stamped parts run from coil are one of the many factors that set us apart from your average job shop. Our strong tooling/engineering power have created many value added, in-press type operations that reduce labor costs and help our customers stay competitive in today’s price driven market.

Since our start in 1976, we have grown from a two man tool & die shop to a two plant, 225 plus employee, modern progressive die and heavy gauge stamping operation. Constant re-investment in technology, equipment, and most important of all, skilled people, have made us a leader in our industry.

We have 40 presses up to 4400 tons and offer transfer and coil capacities up to 1/2” thick x 60” wide. With over a 50 person modern toolroom, 10 die designers, 3D CAD design and cutting edge “AutoForm” forming simulation software, we can assist in your product design, make prototypes, design & build the tooling, and run your most challenging parts.
